We believe that everyone suffering from mental ill health, isolation and suicidal ideation, can benefit from our services and we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports your personal journey to better mental health.
Butterfly effect wellbeing was founded in 2019, by Angie and her mum Chris. Chris had suffered for many years from mental ill health and found it hard to interact with people.
Butterfly Effect was born with the idea of offering a safe space.
We offer regular classes and social events, as well as a friendly safe space.
There’s lots of ways to get involved, we rely on volunteers and donations to provide our services.

We offer a wide range of sessions to help you relax, exercise and socialise.

We're powered by dedicated volunteers. See how you can get involved and help.

Donations allow us to provide critical support our service users.
